Our leadership brings more than two decades of hands-on experience across complex, high-volume operating environments, including business process outsourcing, contact centers, customer experience, sales, revenue operations, workforce management, quality, healthcare revenue cycle, product operations, technology, analytics, and operational transformation.
That experience spans frontline execution through executive-level leadership. We understand the relationship between people, process, performance, data, and technology — and how breakdowns between them create lost revenue, unnecessary cost, poor customer experiences, and operational friction.
CG Link exists to close that gap. We diagnose what is limiting performance, identify the operational and technological levers that matter, and help organizations implement practical solutions designed around how their business actually works.
Our perspective comes from years spent inside the operations themselves — building teams, managing performance, improving customer and revenue outcomes, leading complex implementations, designing operating models, and deploying technology in environments where results are measured every day.
